Julian Thirlby

Julian Thirlby is an employer appointed trustee (appointed in 2022), sitting on the Investment Committee and Appeals Committee as well as the Trustee Board. 

Julian is currently the Head of Financial Planning & Investment at Places for London, TfL’s property company, with responsibility for financial planning and investment management decisions. 

Aside from this Julian is a seasoned corporate finance specialist and chartered accountant with 15 years of experience as a finance professional, 10 years of which have been spent with TfL leading cross functional teams on a variety of structured finance projects.
